An invaluable tool that seamless integrates into a handheld workflow

I’m a handheld fx6 shooter doing run and gun for events and panel discussions. I wanted a smaller saddle that could be packed down and carried easily, so I got the Mini Rat Bag V4. It handles my camera setup no problem, and was very easy to set up and get shooting with. Takes the strain off your hands, wrists and arms, and lens you use them just to point the camera where you need it, rather than having to contend with the weight too.

The bag takes a few practice runs to get it in quickly - I recommend Focus Rat make a guide and provide more information on that side of things as it’s a real merit to the product that is a little difficult to work out.

Very well made, great support, high price but immediately worth it after you shoot with it.
