Can I customize the Steady Bags (Steady Saddle) with my name/ logo?
Yes, we offer a wide range of CUSTOMIZATION options, such as different colors, Your name or logo (on the front or the sides of the bag) made out of high-quality vinyl materials.
We have a wide color range! If you didn’t find your favorite below, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us! We work closely with textile manufacturers to find you the perfect shade! Here are a few that we already have in our inventory

What type of bag would you recommend for my setup.
Disclosure: The camera makes and models mentioned below were tested on our bags without any cage or battery mount. If you use your small/medium format camera with many accessories or a sizable rig please opt for our large steady-bags.
MEDIUM
For mirrorless and DSLR camera setups such as the Canon 5d, Sony A7, Sony A7s, Panasonic GH5, Panasonic S1, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera, BMPCC, Nikon Z7, and many others.
LARGE
For professional-grade cinema cameras like the Arri Alexa, Arri Alexa Mini, Red Epic, Red Komodo, Red Raptor, Sony Venice, Sony Fs7, Sony Fx6, Blackmagic Ursa, Canon C700, and Panasonic Eva1 just to name a few.

How to use the mounting hoops located on the corners of the steady bag?
The loops are used to secure the bag (and the camera if needed) to different objects such as car hoods. A high-strength cable or cord is recommended for this task.

What are the sizes of your products?
These sizes for our current products are the following:
Large Professional Steady Saddle / Bag 44*41*30cm。 (17*16*11 inches)
Medium Professional steady saddle: 40*30*25cm. (15*11*9 inches)
Sausage/T markers 30cm*5cm*2cm。 (11*2*1 inches)
Upon request, we can modify the size and dimension of your steady bag.
Care instructions
Our bags are made out of durable splashproof material. Cleaning it gently with a wet wipe is the safest way, they were made with easy cleaning in mind.
Be careful with opening the zippers, the bags are filled with small polystyrene balls and can fall out.

Are all your products handmade? What are they made of?
Yes, all of our products are handmade in Transilvania, Romania.
They are Hand-produced by our lovely designer and seamstress TIMI out of thick splashproof material and double stitching.
We use the following materials in our products:
- Polyester impregnated with polyurethane for improved drip & water resistance.
- Quick-Release Metal buckle.
- 8 mm Stainless steel eyelets for easy storage and handling.
- TP 670 tarpaulin material used in the automotive industry.
- ISO 3795 standard is resistant to more than 2000N/5cm.
- S280 Chrome & Steel Balls 1mm in diameter.
- Industrial grade colored thread.
Do you offer Warranty?
We offer a One Year warranty on every product bought from our store which covers, any defects in materials used to manufacture your product as well as defects in workmanship under normal use。
After receiving the product we decide if repairing, replacing or refunding will be the right option。
All shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer, and the item in question must be sent in the original packaging。

Do you accept returns?

We want you to enjoy our products as much as we did making them! We believe all products sold or manufactured by us are up to the highest industry standards, but if something is just not right with them, we'll accept returns。
We only accept items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned with tags attached to them and must be in their original packaging。
