medium and large bags arrived in Kenya and have gone straight to work. Really well made and i look fwd to using these for many years to come. Thanks. I do wish the foam balls had a draw string or something similar as a failsafe way to stop the occasional leak thru the zip

Started leaking foam balls on the first shoot

**EDIT** - After posting my initial—admittedly a little harsh—two-star review, I was immediately (i.e. ~5 minutes) contacted by someone from Focus Rat. They said the foam leakage was known issue and offered to send "upgraded" filling that's basically the little foam balls encapsulated into plastic bags. Also, as they mentioned in an email, the zipper on the foam enclosure sometimes gets pushed to the inside of the foam compartment. When you fish it out, it's easier to close, but the slightest opening during a shoot still leaks foam. However, I feel confident that once the foam balls are contained, this will be a super useful focus pillow that I'll use a ton. In full disclosure, I was asked to change my review, but that request also came along with a solution to the one issue I had, so in my view that is what good, responsive customer service looks like.

And, in general, I'm really pleased with the bag and it's high quality construction. Some elements (like the strap) are even superior to the Cinesaddle, which I've also owned. I still dinged my review by one star, because the leaking foam balls seems more like a design flaw than some to be "upgraded", but if you're looking for a Cinesaddle alternative that is reasonably priced and high quality, the Focus Rat is really the best option and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

***Original Review***

Was really excited about this. Construction seems really good. The strap is way better than the Cinesaddle and it’s half the price. Great, right? But by the end of a very mild day of shooting, it started snowing white foam balls all over the place. Upon closer inspection the filling is inserted into the bag via zippered compartment that, due to the zippers size, doesn’t close all the way, so balls fall out all over place. And probably will continue to indefinitely. The zipper also doesn’t appear to have a hanger making it difficult to even attempt to close it. And it will definitely wiggle out and spill more stuff. Hopefully I’ll figure something out and in the end, it’s just a bean bag, but having to jerry rig something from day 1 is really disappointing.

The best movie saddle you can get

Very good quality and Bence made modifications for my saddle. It is an awesome product and even not expensive at all. Highly recommended! It's one of my favourite cinema prop now ✌️
